Optocoupler, Phototransistor Output, Single/Quad Channel,
Half Pitch Mini-Flat Package
DESCRIPTION
The TCMT1100 series consist of a phototransistor optically
coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a
4 pin (single channel) up to 16 pin (quad channel) package.
The elements are mounted on one leadframe providing a
fixed distance between input and output for highest safety
requirements.
