The series consists of 37 types with nominal working voltages ranging from 2,4 V to 75 V. The SM diode is a leadless diode in a hermetically sealed glass SOD80C envelope with tin plated metal discs at each end. It is suitable for automatic placement and as such it can withstand immersion soldering. The diodes are delivered in super 8 tape.
