ENGINEERING DATA:

Description: Accessory for subminiature rectangular connector.

Material:

Retainer plate: Corrosion resisting steel.

Hardware: Cold rolled steel.

Finish:

Retainer plate: Passivated.

Hardware: Cadmium plate, yellow chromate.

Outline drawing: See figure 1.

Marking: The item shall be marked with the DSCC PIN and the manufacturers CAGE code and name in accordance

with the basic requirements of MIL-STD-1285.

Workmanship: The item shall be manufactured in such a manner as to be uniform in quality and shall be free from

defects that may adversely affect the intended function of the item in its intended application.

Lot conformance testing: The manufacturer shall be responsible for assuring compliance to all the requirements of

this drawing. Samples shall be selected in accordance with table I. If one or more defects are found, the lot shall be

screened for that particular defect and defects removed. A new sample of parts shall be selected in accordance with

table I and tested to the requirements of this drawing. If one or more defects are found in the second sample, the lot

shall be rejected and shall not be supplied to this specification.
